There’s a good chance that if you have done any internet shopping recently, you have been asked for your feedback. You may be unsure where you should leave your feedback and if it will be noticed. Here we look at what Trustpilot is and if you should be using it.
What is Trustpilot?
Trustpilot is a website where you can leave feedback or a review for a product or a service you have received. You can leave positive or negative feedback depending on your experience.
Why should I use Trustpilot?
Trustpilot is an excellent way to find out about other people’s experiences with a company or product. If you are thinking of using a company that you haven’t used before, reading the reviews on Trustpilot can help you decide if you still want to use that company.
What do the star ratings mean?
The star ratings vary for how positive your experience was. If you had a great experience with a company, you may leave a 5* review. If your experience wasn’t great, then you may leave a 1 or 2* review. The higher the star rating for a business, the better the products they sell or service they give.
How do I leave feedback?
You may get sent an invitation after you have used a company, to leave feedback for the product or service you have received. You can also leave a review if you haven’t been sent an invitation. Just visit uk.trustpilot.com and search for the company you want to leave a review for.
At Moneyline, we will send you an email invitation asking you to leave us your feedback, so we can make sure that you are getting the best customer first service possible.
Do Companies read the feedback?
Most companies will respond to any feedback left whether it’s good or bad, as they appreciate learning about your experience with them, and at Moneyline we respond to as many reviews as possible.
