·Salary: up to £26,000p.a dependent on experience

Main duties and responsibilities:
·Accountable for quality and accuracy of data as well as ensuring that the organisation is able to extract the most value throughout the data lifecycle.
·Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and infrastructure of the organisational data.
·Ensure the organisations data systems are secure and compliant with GDPR regulations.
·Handling large volumes of data from a wide range of sources (website data, CRM data, call data, etc.) and combining it within one central analytics system (Zoho Analytics).
·Conducting daily data integrity checks and finding ways to automate these processes where applicable.
·Ensure the data we capture in our analytics system feeds the key performance indicators (KPIs) we have established within our data dictionary to ensure we can accurately report on performance for the organisation.
·Manage and embed Data Quality projects/initiatives that will deliver tangible data quality improvement through root cause analysis, data cleansing, etc.
·Implementing routine processes housekeeping for our data.
Who are we looking for?
·A Database Management/Business/Economics/computer science-related degree qualification
·Up-to-date knowledge of GDPR Regulations and the financial services sector
·Advanced Excel/Microsoft Office skills
·Data-mining/cleansing and experience of using large volumes of data (preferably with data lakes)
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Great time management to ensure all deliverables meet any deadlines set
·A working knowledge of/experience of SQL
·Ability to understand business needs
·Project management experience
·Experience within a similar role (financial services)
