Customer Collections Agent

Based in Accrington

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Collections Agent based in Accrington. The role involves making and receiving contact from customers to establish appropriate repayment terms. Also working with our customers to clear or reduce arrears payments. You will be conducting home visits in line with the company home visits policy and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a confident person who is able to make quick decisions in the best interest for the customer and the organisation based on the individuals circumstances. Practical experience in debt collection or recoveries is desirable.

• Ability to adapt to multiple demands

• Friendly and outgoing

Salary: £9.07 per hour, plus commission
Contract: Fixed Term – 3 months with the potential to become permanent.
Hours: 20 hours per week – 4 Afternoons per week – 5pm – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm.

Arrears Administrator

Based in Accrington

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Arrears Administrator: (Part Time, 21 hours). The purpose of the role is to manage the late-stage arrears process from Debt-Referral stage through to Court. Whether its liaising with debt management companies or contacting our customers who have fallen in to arrears, the successful applicant must be able to multi task and communicate effectively on the telephone and via email. You will also be conducting home visits in line with the company home visits policy and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an ambitious, positive, motivated person that can adapt quickly to changes in processes and seasonal demand. Practical experience in debt collect or recoveries is desirable.
